“Sexual harassment and assault is rampant. So many people need help fighting back – especially women working at low-wage jobs who can’t afford attorneys to represent them. And so many of our workplaces need structural change. More women at the top. Equal pay. Safety, no matter where you work or live. And so much more. On January 1, 2018, we announced the creation of TIME’S UP and the TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund. We had $13 million in commitments from 200 donors. Today, more than 21,000 people from around the world have contributed more than $22 million to connect women who experience workplace sexual harassment and retaliation with attorneys and, in some cases, media specialists.”  — Read our annual report here. 

The sexual harassment that has been reported in the last few months has been both horrific and illuminating. We stand with the brave individuals who have come forward, at great risk to themselves, to protect others from similar behavior. This Fund will enable more individuals to come forward and be connected with lawyers — regardless of industry, rank or role. Now is the time to finally stop the sexual harassment and retaliation that has often gone unchecked.

  • Help pay legal fees and costs
  • Connect people to help pay for media and storytelling process
