Jobs at NWLC

Intro Image

The Center has worked for more than 40 years to protect and promote equality and opportunity for women and their families. We are looking for talented, committed individuals to join our team. In addition to staff positions, NWLC offers fellowships, internships, and pro bono opportunities. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and value a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture.

Staff Positions

The Center has an experienced, committed staff of about 60 who identify and address the most important issues facing women and their families today.

Through one-year, two-year or short-term fellowships, law students, judicial clerks, and graduates of college, masters’ programs or law schools support the Center’s work.

Students and recent graduates can play a valuable role supporting the Center’s work ― and when eligible, can receive school credit for their internships.

Volunteer Opportunities

NWLC volunteers’ unique talents make a real difference, and they can choose from volunteer positions that match their interests, offer flexible scheduling, and allow them to learn new skills.
