Help Us Fight Back Against Efforts to Roll Back Gender Justice

Extremist judges will not stop endangering the lives of pregnant people or people who may become pregnant—overturning Roe v. Wade, attacking medication abortion, threatening the future of IVF, and this week at SCOTUS, emergency abortion care.

Our lawyers are waging strategic fights that make clear what is at stake for people who can become pregnant and seek to bolster our fundamental rights to control our lives, futures, and destinies.

Make a donation to the National Women’s Law Center to power the fight for accessible health care and a better future for all. Every donation is 100% tax-deductible.

Applying for Funding through TIME'S UP Legal Defense Fund

The TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund helps to pay the legal fees and costs for select cases of workplace or career-related sexual harassment and related retaliation. Funding decisions are made based on a set of criteria included in the application. Not all cases that meet the criteria will be funded.

Only attorneys may apply for this TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund financial support.

If you are a worker interested in financial support for your case: Please ask your attorney to submit an application on your behalf.  If you do not have an attorney, please contact the Legal Network for Gender Equity for help in finding one.

If you are an attorney interested in financial support for your case: Please read the application form in full, noting the eligibility requirements and priority criteria, and return the completed application to [email protected].  Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

The TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund is housed and administered by the National Women’s Law Center Fund, LLC.  Funding decisions are made by National Women’s Law Center staff based on set criteria (listed in the funding application form) and independent of considerations of the sources of donations or funding for the TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund.  The Fund receives more funding applications than it can support and not all applications will be funded, even if those applications meet the set criteria.

Thank you for your willingness to represent individuals who have faced workplace sex harassment and related retaliation.  We consider attorneys who take on these matters to be critical partners in the fight against sex harassment, and we are excited about the opportunity to support this important work.
