Virginia is the Director of Development Services, responsible for leading the support services operations of the Development department. In this role, Virginia oversees reporting and analysis, data integrity, departmental processes and procedures, and team training. Prior to joining NWLC, she worked at the Air Force Aid Society in development, communications, and accounting. Virginia earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from George Mason University and a Master of Public and International Affairs with a specialization in Governance and Capacity Building from Virginia Tech.
