Giselle is the Director of Philanthropic Engagement, working with the Individual Giving team to generate revenue from individual supporters. Prior to joining NWLC, she led all fundraising and communications efforts as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Thurgood Marshall Academy, a law-themed charter high school in Washington, D.C. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Elon University and an M.P.A. with a concentration in NonProfit Management from George Mason University.
