Sky is the Program Manager for the TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund and Legal Network for Gender Equity. Prior to joining the National Women’s Law Center, Sky was a research fellow at the American Voices Project, a national study interested in how policies are impacting individuals across the country. Sky played an essential role in spearheading the project’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee, which focused on providing training and leadership development to fellows and staff members. Throughout her graduate experience, Sky’s work at the NYC Anti-Violence Project and the Harlem Health Promotion Center focused on creating and leading several program initiatives for survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence.
Sky received her Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and a B.A in Anthropology and Gender Studies from Bard College. She is interested in using her social work background and project management skills to promote gender equity and empowerment to women and gender expansive people.
