Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin
The National Women’s Law Center filed an amicus brief in the Supreme Court for the case of Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin. This will be the second time that the Supreme Court has considered this case and in particular has considered the constitutionality of race-conscious admissions in higher education.
