Motherhood Wage Gap for Latina Mothers
Mothers who work outside the home full-time, year-round typically make 74 cents for every dollar paid to fathers. Nationwide, Latina mothers working full-time, year-round are paid just 51 cents for every dollar paid to white, non-Hispanic fathers. When part time workers are included, Latina mothers are paid just 41 cents for every dollar paid to white, non-Hispanic fathers.
