NWLC Statement on the Passing of U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein

“Senator Dianne Feinstein was a true trailblazer and dedicated public servant. Over the course of half a century, at both the local and national levels, she was a formidable political force whose dedication to advancing the rights of women and families will be remembered for generations to come. From spearheading the fight for marriage equality to making history as the first woman to serve on the Senate Judiciary Committee, she blazed a trail of progress that few can match.
