NWLC Files Amicus Brief in Weckhorst v. Kansas State University

The National Women’s Law Center and law firm Baker Hostetler LLP submitted an amicus brief to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Weckhorst v. Kansas State University. The brief argues that the University violated Title IX when it failed to take action to address the sexual assaults and resulting hostile educational environment suffered by two of its female students who were raped by male students at fraternity events.   Nearly 30 allies, including organizations dedicated to civil rights, educational opportunities, and gender equality, signed the brief.

It's time for change, and we must act now. Time's up.
