Letter Urging Senate Leadership to Attach Bipartisan Tax Bill Expanding Child Tax Credit to Must-Pass FAA Reauthorization
The National Women’s Law Center led 80 national organizations in calling on the Senate to either attach the bill to a must-pass vehicle, such as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Reauthorization Act, or bring it up to the floor for a vote. The expanded CTC included in H.R. 7024 would help lift half a million children out of poverty by 2025 and provide critical relief to women and families who are struggling to make ends meet.
