The National Women’s Law Center sent the following letter to the full Senate urging the swift confirmation of Nicole Berner to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Nicole Berner is a renowned civil rights and labor rights attorney with a deep commitment to equal justice for all who’d make a tremendous addition to the federal appellate bench. Berner was first nominated on November 15, 2023, and then renominated on January 8, 2024 at the start of the 118th Congress’s second session.
