Rikelman’s extensive experience and commitment to reproductive rights, including her recent work representing Mississippi abortion providers in the Dobbs Supreme Court case, show she is more than well equipped to serve in this critical moment. At a time when our fundamental rights are being taken away, shaking the faith people across the country have in our judicial system, it’s critical we confirm impartial judges like Rikelman who will defend equal justice for all and secure our rights. We thank the Biden administration for this nomination and urge the senate to swiftly confirm her.”
