Make an Emergency Contribution During the COVID-19 Crisis

Can you make an emergency contribution to support the Law Center’s COVID-19 response work and its ongoing fight for gender justice?

The TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund helps survivors of sexual harassment at work or in their careers share their stories.

If you have experienced sexual harassment at work or in your career, or if you are retaliated against for complaining about sexual harassment at work or in your career, the TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund may be able to help you tell your story publicly.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Fill out the form on your website here:
    • answer “yes” to the question about media and storytelling assistance.
    • Tell us in your description that you would like media assistance.
  2. SKDKnickerbocker (SKDK), public relations firm that works with the Fund, will email you to set up an evaluation over the phone.
    • You must have an attorney to complete the evaluation and qualify for assistance.
  3. If the TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund is able to offer you media assistance, SKDK will match you with a public relations firm in our Network.
    • This firm can support you for free for one month.
  4. Support can include:
    • Pitching your story to journalists.
    • Drafting documents to share with the press.
    • Working to keep your name out of the press.

If you have any questions about the process, please reach out to for help.
