The Legal Network for Gender Equity and the TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund hosted this webinar, “Using Title IX to End Gender Disparities in School Athletics,” on Wednesday, September 29, 2021.

The presentation included an overview of gender disparities in school athletics and a discussion of how to file: (i) Title IX complaints in schools, (ii) Title IX complaints with the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR), and (iii) Title IX lawsuits.  The slides are posted on this page.
