In the Supreme Court’s Zubik v. Burwell case, the Supreme Court will review challenges brought by non-profit organizations to the “accommodation” to the Affordable Care Act’s birth control benefit. At stake for women in this case is whether their employers can make it more difficult, if not impossible, for them to access essential birth control coverage.
Advocates have united to say together: women deserve access to birth control coverage, no matter where they work or go to school.
