Letter of support for SDNY Nominee Dale Ho from the National Women’s Law Center
The National Women’s Law Center sent the following letter to the full Senate urging confirmation of Dale Ho to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Dale Ho is a preeminent civil rights litigator who has worked tirelessly to protect our democracy and voting rights for all people. He has a demonstrated commitment to upholding equal justice under law. Ho was first nominated on September 30, 2021, and then renominated on January 3, 2022 at the start of the 118th Congress.
