The Law Center joined 34 other members of the Family Planning Coalition in sending a letter to the Secretaries of Health and Human Services, Labor, and Treasury regarding the Affordable Care Act’s contraceptive coverage requirement. The requirement has been the cause of important gains in access to contraceptive care and its attendant benefits. The Departments must take steps to expand and solidify the requirement, detailed in the letter.
