How to Create a Facebook Fundraiser for NWLC in 5 Easy Steps!

Thanks to the support of several members of our Board of Directors, NWLC has the opportunity to double up to $5,000 worth of donations we receive through Facebook by the end of the year! We’re incredibly excited about this opportunity – but we need you to make it happen. Never created a fundraiser on Facebook before? Don’t worry! We’ve outlined the process in 5 easy steps.
 
1.   Visit our Facebook page. 
2.   On the left-hand side of the page, click “fundraisers.” (underneath “home” and “about”)
3. On the right-hand side of the page, click “create fundraiser.“
4. Create your fundraiser using our sample text below, or feel free to write your own. Make sure the deadline for your fundraiser is January 1st!
Sample Title: Protect the Rights of Women and Girls

Sample Description: The National Women’s Law Center has been fighting for the rights of women and girls for over 40 years, but the battles they’re prepping for next year are unprecedented – and they need our help.
Whether you’re fighting for equal opportunity in education, closing the wage gap, protecting our access to affordable birth control, or simply believe that women and girls deserve equality, I hope you’ll join me in making a gift to support the important work of the National Women’s Law Center.
