If you have helped someone else get an abortion or information about one, and you’re now facing legal action because of it, you may be confused and overwhelmed. The Abortion Access LDF may be able to help you.Â
You could be an abortion supporter if you, for example:Â Â
- are an abortion fund or work for one,Â
- are a practical support organization or work for one,Â
- are a friend or family member of an abortion patient, orÂ
- are a teacher or social worker,Â
and have in any way helped someone obtain an abortion or information about one.Â
If you have an attorney, please have your attorney submit a request for support from the Abortion Access LDF. You can also enter your attorney’s contact information and we will reach out. Do not enter your own contact information. We will contact your attorney for a screening interview and to begin the application process.Â
If you do not yet have an attorney, contact the Abortion Defense Network.
