Judge Kavanaugh has passed Trump’s anti-abortion, anti-Affordable Care Act (ACA) litmus test. His record shows hostility to abortion, birth control, the ACA, and working people – and that he would protect people in power, like the President. No one’s rights are safe under Kavanaugh, especially our right to abortion. If the right case comes along, he could very well help President Trump make good on his campaign promise to overturn Roe v.
