Vibha Miller

Vibha Jain Miller (she/her), Vice President for Human Resources and Labor Relations, leads the HR team and its strategic execution of leading-edge programs aligned with NWLC’s strategy. Vibha brings over 30 years of executive leadership and is experienced in building HR programs in both established and startup organizations across a diverse range of sectors. She has led globally dispersed teams where she executed large-scale change management and complex M&A integration as well as strengthened leadership and talent management strategy at critical inflection points of change and transformation for leading brands such as Goldman Sachs, the Nature Conservancy, Conservation International, Discovery Communications, G and WETA within the PBS system. Vibha is a purpose-driven leader committed to building strong, diverse, inclusive, and equitable cultures, and was awarded the 2019 and 2021 HR Leader of the Year award by DCA-Live.   

She completed her MBA in Management and International Business at NYU Stern and her BA in Political Science from UConn, graduating Magna cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa. She earned her Leadership Coaching Strategies certificate from Harvard University and completed the Leadership Series at the Center for Nonprofit Success.  Vibha has traveled widely, speaks French and some Hindi, has served on numerous nonprofit boards, including her current service on the board of the Chesapeake Conservancy. Originally from Connecticut, Vibha and her husband live in Northern Virgina, and joyfully raised three adult children.
