Linda Diala
Senior Manager of Benefits and Compliance
Linda Diala is a Senior HR Generalist with over ten years of HR experience in various work environments. She manages the employee full cycle process from Onboarding to Offboarding.
Before joining NWLC, Linda was a Benefits Specialist at Westat, a survey research company, where she managed all aspects of benefits administration, including compliance reporting and FMLA. Linda also has experience with human resource information system (HRIS) management and data analysis. Linda is SHRM Certified and earned her Master’s in Human Resources from Georgetown University.
Linda Loves to sing and dance in her free time.
