She cultivates relationships with state advocates, national partners, and strategic stakeholders to provide technical and developmental support. Kyra focuses on expanding access to high-quality, affordable child care and early learning. She received her bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan.
