The TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund, administered by the National Women’s Law Center Fund, is a groundbreaking initiative that connects those who experience workplace sexual harassment and related retaliation with legal and media assistance. The Fund connects workers seeking assistance with its network of attorneys. The Fund helps defray the costs of selected legal cases.  The Fund prioritizes cases involving low-wage workers; people of color; LGBTQ people; individuals with disabilities; people facing retaliation because they dared speak out; women in male-dominated occupations; workers facing harassment or threats by especially high profile individuals;; multiple individuals within one workplace; novel or precedent-setting areas in the law; and extreme retaliation against those alleging harassment, such as a lawsuit or a media campaign.

El Fondo de Defensa Legal TIME’S UP, administrado por National Women’s Law Center Fund, es una iniciativa innovadora que conecta a quienes enfrentan acoso sexual y represalias relacionadas en el trabajo con asistencia legal y mediática. El Fondo conecta a personas trabajadoras en busca de asistencia con su red de abogados. El Fondo ayuda a cubrir los costos en casos legales escogidos.
