NWLC submitted a statement for the record following a Ways and Means Committee hearing titled: Hearing on Expanding on the Success of the 2017 Tax Relief to Help Hardworking Americans. NWLC’s statement outlined the 2017 Tax Law’s disproportionate benefits to the wealthiest Americans, and urged Congress to adopt progressive tax reforms as they consider whether to extend expiring provisions of the 2017 law.
