The Legal Network for Gender Equity and the TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund hosted this webinar on “Technology-Assisted Sex Harassment: An Introduction to the Issues and Guidance for Litigating Attorneys” on November 12, 2020. The presentation (a recording of which is available on this page) addressed ways in which technology is used as a weapon of sex harassment and related sexual violence, including through non-consensual pornography, cyber stalking, social media abuse, and doxing; legal claims and strategies available to respond to technology-assisted sex harassment and to protect survivors who have used technology to speak out about sex harassment and abuse; and practical tips for gathering and preserving evidence in these cases.
