Help Us Fight Back Against Efforts to Roll Back Gender Justice

Extremist judges will not stop endangering the lives of pregnant people or people who may become pregnant—overturning Roe v. Wade, attacking medication abortion, threatening the future of IVF, and this week at SCOTUS, emergency abortion care.

Our lawyers are waging strategic fights that make clear what is at stake for people who can become pregnant and seek to bolster our fundamental rights to control our lives, futures, and destinies.

The TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund, administered by the National Women’s Law Center Fund, is a groundbreaking initiative that connects those who experience workplace sexual harassment and related retaliation with legal and media assistance. The Fund connects workers seeking assistance with its network of attorneys. The Fund helps defray the costs of selected legal cases.  The Fund prioritizes cases involving low-wage workers; people of color; LGBTQ people; individuals with disabilities; people facing retaliation because they dared speak out; women in male-dominated occupations; workers facing harassment or threats by especially high profile individuals;; multiple individuals within one workplace; novel or precedent-setting areas in the law; and extreme retaliation against those alleging harassment, such as a lawsuit or a media campaign.
