The National Women’s Law Center and more than two dozen organizations, signed onto the Alliance for Justice letter opposing the nomination of Justin Olson for the U.S. District Court for Southern District of Indiana.

Justin Olson’s legal record of working on anti-trans athlete cases and promotion of fetal personhood legal arguments demonstrates his inability to be a fair minded judge. Particularly, his support for the increased policing and criminalization of pregnant people, his biases against transpeople, and his misunderstanding of Title IX showcases his inability to impartial or uphold the rights of all people.
