Sign on Letter Opposing Anti-Abortion Riders in FY27 Defense and MilCon-VA Appropriations Bills
The National Women’s Law Center, Power to Decide, and Center for Reproductive Rights led a letter urging the U.S. House and Senate Committees on Appropriations to remove anti-abortion riders from the Fiscal Year 2027 Defense and Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies appropriations packages. Our letter argues that appropriations bills should expand access to health care for military and veteran families —not strip it away—and calls on Congress to remove these harmful provisions from the final funding packages.
