As a second Trump administration approaches, we’re running out of time to confirm as many federal judges as possible to provide a check on his presidential power and curb his stated policy priorities.
Together with Ibis Reproductive Health, the National Women’s Law Center submitted a comment on health equity for intersex people. Responding to a Request for Information by the Department of Health and Human Services, our comment focused on the reproductive rights of intersex individuals. We highlighted the harms of widespread practices that undermine the rights and health of intersex people, such as nonconsensual surgeries on intersex children, and the importance of affirming the reproductive autonomy of all intersex people.
