The National Women’s Law Center writes to condemn the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s termination of a study regarding sexual assault and sexual harassment in the commercial motor vehicle industry. Sexual harassment is a serious and well-known problem in the CMV industry, especially with respect to women truck drivers.
