Law Professors Oppose Amy Coney Barrett’s Confirmation to the Supreme Court

We are over 300 law professors with expertise in health law, constitutional law, and the Supreme Court. Your constituents deserve a Supreme Court that will protect their health and safety, something Judge Amy Coney Barrett has a proven track record of disregarding.
With Judge Barrett on the Court, there is a serious risk that your constituents would lose all of the ACA’s benefits and soon be subject to discrimination based on pre-existing conditions, lose their coverage for preventive health care, and face increased out-of-pocket costs to ensure they are healthy.
A vote to confirm Amy Coney Barrett is a vote to harm your constituents. Please protect them and vote NO ON HER NOMINATION.
