The National Women’s Law Center and nearly 50 undersigned gender justice organizations urge the Senate to swiftly confirm civil rights champion Nancy Abudu to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Abudu is a distinguished civil rights attorney with a demonstrated commitment to protecting the rights of women, people of color and LGBTQ people and safeguarding democracy. Abudu was first nominated on January 10, 2022 and renominated at the start of the 118th Congress.
