“The administration has just invited broad-based discrimination in its HHS grants. This means that people will have less access to life-saving health care and critical services like foster care, adoption, pre-K, and more. We will fight against this rule just like we have the many other vicious attacks against our communities. But let’s be clear: nothing has changed the legal and ethical requirements that prohibit discrimination in these spaces.”
