The National Women’s Law Center reports women have faced ongoing losses of health care coverage through Medicaid and the ACA marketplace, devastating loss of access to primary, preventive and reproductive,  pregnancy-related health care and greater burdens on already marginalized women, such as women of color, low-paid workers, immigrant women and women living in rural areas.
