The National Women’s Law Center submitted comments on the proposal to update the Department of Labor’s (DOL) Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations for Apprenticeship Programs in strong support for the proposed regulations. This rulemaking has the ability to significantly increase the participation of women and other underrepresented groups in apprenticeships and the trades. NWLC also made suggestions for strengthening the regulations.
