The Legal Network for Gender Equity and TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund hosted a webinar, “Representing Immigrant Workers Facing Sex Discrimination: Current Best Practices and Strategies,” on September 18, 2025. 

This interactive webinar included: 

  1. An overview of current policies and practices impacting immigrant workers, particularly those experiencing workplace sex discrimination  
  1. Best practices for working with immigrant workers who have experienced workplace sex discrimination  
  1. Case studies with practical examples of how advocates can spot immigration-related workplace retaliation and support immigrant workers who experience workplace sex harassment to pursue immigration relief
