The Legal Network for Gender Equity and TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund hosted a webinar, “Providing Legal Support to Abortion Providers, Patients, and Supporter,” on May 1, 2025.

- An overview of denials of care that patients are experiencing, including a state-level analysis.
- The intersection of First Amendment protections and reproductive rights, for patients, providers, and supporters.
- Challenges faced by plaintiffs bringing “denial of care” cases and how attorneys can best support them, including in the discovery process.
- Resources provided by Abortion Defense Network and Abortion Access Legal Defense Fund
