STILL TIME: The National Women’s Law Center Action Fund is calling on Republicans to basically rethink the entire megabill. Among the problems with the fiscal package, according to the group, is that it takes revenue away from priorities like child care. The tax incentives that Republicans do propose to help with those issues also don’t help enough people who need assistance, the organization added. “We urge you to remember that it is not too late to make different policy decisions,” two top officials at the group wrote to senators.
