Just last year, Fatima Goss Graves, CEO of the National Women’s Law Center, noted that in the United States, there has been a slow and forward evolution in understanding the issue and impact of the gender pay gap. “We have shifted culture in a real way. We are no longer debating whether or not there is a pay gap,” said Goss Graves in an interview in 2017.
