How These Two Things Could Close The Gender Gap Permanently
Just last year, Fatima Goss Graves, CEO of the National Women’s Law Center, noted that in the United States, there has been a slow and forward evolution in understanding the issue and impact of the gender pay gap. “We have shifted culture in a real way. We are no longer debating whether or not there is a pay gap,” said Goss Graves in an interview in 2017. She went on to ask, “what are the solutions available to us?” The answers may lie in a report released yesterday by PayScale, a cloud compensation software company.
