The 2014-2015 Supreme Court Term included a number of blockbuster cases affecting women’s rights, from marriage equality, to heath care, to housing discrimination, to pregnancy discrimination and other workplace protections. Several of these cases resulted in historic victories, and others in positive, but more limited, decisions.  But even the jubilation produced by the significant victories is tempered by the danger that the Court may restrict other rights important to women next Term.
